How to achieve that summer glow

Everyone wants that gorgeous glow for the summer. Here are my top tips to achieve it.

1). Simplify your routine. Summer is not the time for deep exfoliating treatments and lots of chemicals. It is important to nourish your skin and maintain it’s protective barrier. Swap out any harsh ingredients for gentle enzymes and nourishing serums.

2). Check your spf’s expiration date. Sunscreens are typically good for 12 months after you have opened them. I make it a habit to restock every summer. The last thing you want is a sunburn because your sunscreen was ineffective.

3). Hydrate. Our skins plumpness depends on both internal and external hydration. While you may need a lighter moisturizer this season, you will still need some type of topical moisture. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water. Summer heat can dehydrate us. It is important to replenish.

4). Schedule your summer facial. My new facial is designed to help your glow from the inside out.

5). Slow down and enjoy the moments that bring you joy. Nothing makes for a better complexion than a genuine smile.
